Reports of content that breaks the community rules are reviewed within 24 hours.
How do I report something? Tap the flag on any sprint proposal. Pick a reason, add detail if it helps, and send. You can also block the member from the same screen, which hides everything they submit from you permanently.
I raised a company and cannot see what I wrote. The company and issue you picked are on the Vote board already, and if somebody had raised the same pair yours joined theirs rather than starting a second one. What is still waiting is what you wrote. It appears under "Your Submissions In Review" where only you can see it, and if it was not approved it moves to "Not Approved" with the reason.
Why did my submission get rejected automatically? Submissions are screened for prohibited terms at the point of submission. Content targeting an individual person, threatening language, or personal information is rejected without human review.
Where do the numbers come from? Only from what members log. Nothing is counted on anyone's behalf. Open "How We Calculate This" on a sprint to see every assumption and formula. The grey line on each chart is a participation target, not a measurement.
How do I delete my account? Profile > Delete Account. It is immediate and permanent, and removes your votes, membership, logged days, submissions, reports, and blocks. No email required.
Do you know who I am? No. There is no name, email, or password. Your account is a random identifier held in your device's keychain. See the privacy policy.
I represent a company named in a sprint. Email the address above. Content is reviewed against the community rules and removed if it breaks them.
